How long will it take to build my website?
Most website builds take 2-4 weeks to complete. Some websites may take longer depending on the size of the website and the responsiveness of clients.
Why do I need LatourMedia, can’t I build the website/designs myself?
Most platforms are only as good as it's implementation. That's why it's important to hire experts, like Latourmedia, to help build the core of your brand, so that if you choose to be hands on, you can build upon a strong foundation.
Can I host my website anywhere?
We highly recommend that you host your website through our system if you wish to gain access to all the powerful CMS and hosting features that we has to offer. All hosting plans include automatic backups, version control, SEO management, new features as they are released, and security updates. Hosting your website with us removes the requirement for monthly maintenance retainers that are usually associated with platforms such as Wordpress.
Can we have calls?
Absolutely! You can book an intro call to discuss potential projects anytime. Each project starts with a kickoff call.
We offer strategy calls as needed, but prefer to let designers focus on their work. Depending on the topic, you might meet only with the project lead.
Can you help improve my design?
Yes, we're more than happy to discuss custom options if you want us to make any adjustments to your current design.
How do I share feedback?
We love customer feedback! There are 3 main ways you can share your feedback – a Loom video, development comments, or a message. Our preference is a Loom video or direct messages. But any combination of these 3 will do the trick!
Do you offer any support?
Yes. We offer support for the duration of 90 days post launch, so that if you have any questions, we're there to help.
What if I’m not happy with my designs?
That's not possible! Just kidding. You can send it back to the kitchen and we'll keep revising until it's exactly what you're looking for.
